By accessing the Local SEO Experts NYC website, submitting information through our diagnostics forms, or scheduling strategy consultations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our online properties.
Audit and Consulting Scope
Our manual audits, diagnostic reports, and strategy recommendations represent technical optimizations based on Google Maps guidelines. We build compliant signals, structured JSON-LD schemas, and directory configurations.
We do not guarantee specific maps coordinates placements or ranking positions, as search engine ranking indices and category weights are controlled exclusively by search engines.
Client Data and Accuracy
Clients requesting optimization services must provide accurate, verified office coordinates, physical address listings, and registered business licensing names. Providing fake addresses, virtual box numbers, or misleading parameters may result in Google Business Profile suspensions, for which we bear no responsibility.
Intellectual Property and License
All coding frameworks, optimization worksheets, structural layouts, and textual resources displayed on this site are protected by copyright. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize custom schema files and directory layouts built specifically for their business campaigns.
Limitation of Liability
ApexLocal SEO is not liable for fluctuations in organic map positions, review count drops, or Google Business Profile suspensions caused by spam tactics or category modifications performed by client representatives outside our recommended guidelines.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amounts paid to us by the client for the specific optimization campaign under dispute.
Form Security and Token Policy
We deploy secure sessions, anti-spam validation filters, and CSRF token structures. Any attempts to bypass forms parameters, inject malicious inputs to our systems, or scrape proprietary database schemas will result in immediate IP blocking and access termination.
Campaign Termination
We operate under flexible, transparent month-to-month contracts unless otherwise agreed. Either party may cancel the active optimization campaign with a 30-day written notification. Upon termination, the client retains full ownership of all claimed listing credentials and verified schema documents.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these services must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
